More than a gym

The same great training,
more possibilities

The hardest part of training is often starting. At ENERGY you will find a gym where beginners and experienced lifters both feel at home. You do not need to be fit to begin. That is why we are here.

If you are not sure where to start, begin with the PT consultation. All new members get a free PT consultation with a body composition scan.

FAQs

About this offer

Is it really only NOK 49 for training for the rest of the year?
Yes. You pay only NOK 49 in total for training from the sign-up date to the end of 2026. That is NOK 49 in total, not NOK 49 per month.
Can I start training straight away?
Yes. Once you have signed up, you get access through the Membro app and can start training straight away.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. The campaign membership has a six-month commitment from the sign-up date. The months at the campaign price count towards the commitment period.
What happens after the campaign period?
From January the membership continues automatically at the ordinary price of NOK 459 per month. You keep your access and can carry on training as before. You do not need to do anything.
What is the minimum total price of the membership?
If you sign up in October and end the membership after the commitment period, you pay NOK 49 in total for training for the rest of 2026, plus NOK 459 per month for January to March. The minimum total price is therefore NOK 1,426. The commitment period runs from the sign-up date, not from January when the ordinary monthly price begins. You have full access to training throughout the period.
When does the campaign end?
You must sign up by 31 October 2026 to train for the rest of the year for only NOK 49. The offer is for new members.
Can I train at all the ENERGY gyms?
Yes, the campaign membership gives you access to all ENERGY gyms.
Who can use the offer?
The offer is for new members.
Do I have to pay a joining fee or an annual fee?
No. The campaign has no joining fee and no annual fee. You only pay the campaign price and then the ordinary membership fee from January.
Is ENERGY Start included?
Yes. As a new member you are offered ENERGY Start, with a free PT session and body analysis. There you get help finding a good starting point and getting going with your training.
